Notes & Tips
- Safety: Life jackets provided, follow captain/guide instructions. Currents can be strong non-swimmers should keep jackets on and stay near the guide/float.
- Manta Bay: Sightings are seasonal and not guaranteed, the crew may reroute based on sea conditions/visibility.
- Angel’s Billabong: No swimming during swell/rough seas, view from designated platforms only.
- Roads: Penida roads can be narrow/bumpy, allow for careful driving and flexible timing.
- Sequence may switch (land first / snorkel second) to match tides, weather, or crowd patterns.
- Sea conditions can be choppy, schedule may adjust for safety/harbor operations.
- To ensure timely harbor check-in and a smooth return to Bali, the day’s stop sequence may be re-ordered due to tight traffic on the way back to the harbor.

- A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment
- Final balance is due by the date on your invoice; unpaid balances may be canceled without refund
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and selected e-payments/cards; processing fees may apply
- You must provide accurate guest details (names as per ID, contact number, pickup location)
2. Changes & Special Requests
- Minor timing changes are subject to feasibility and venue schedules
- Name/date changes may incur fees or be unavailable (especially for ticketed items)
- Special requests (dietary, mobility, child seats) must be requested in advance and confirmed in writing.
3. Cancellation by Guest
- ≥48 hours before pick-up/start: 100% refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% refund
- <24 hours or no-show: no refund
- Tickets/permits (e.g., Kecak, attractions) may be non-refundable once issued.
