Notes & Tips
- Sea conditions can be choppy, schedule may adjust for safety/harbor operations.
- Stair sections to Diamond/Atuh can be steep and exposed, descend only if fit and conditions are safe.
- Roads on Penida are narrow and bumpy in sections, allow for careful driving.
- Manta sightings are not guaranteed on snorkel add-ons, use flotation if needed.
- To ensure timely harbor check-in and a smooth return to Bali, the day’s stop sequence may be re-ordered due to tight traffic on the way back to the harbor.
- There are multiple morning fast-boat departures from Sanur to Nusa Penida—choose your preferred time at booking (subject to availability and sea/harbor conditions).

- Final balance is due by the date on your invoice; unpaid balances may be canceled without refund

- You must provide accurate guest details (names as per ID, contact number, pickup location)
2. Changes & Special Requests
- Minor timing changes are subject to feasibility and venue schedules
- Name/date changes may incur fees or be unavailable (especially for ticketed items)
- Special requests (dietary, mobility, child seats) must be requested in advance and confirmed in writing.
3. Cancellation by Guest
- ≥48 hours before pick-up/start: 100% refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% refund
- <24 hours or no-show: no refund
- Tickets/permits (e.g., Kecak, attractions) may be non-refundable once issued.
