- Two Kecak sessions operate most evenings; session is assigned on the day based on availability/traffic.
- Arrive at the amphitheater 20–30 minutes early for better seats.
- Monkeys at Uluwatu can grab loose items—secure sunglasses/phones/hats.
- Beach conditions vary with tide/swell; sequence may adjust for safety and comfort.
- Drones are generally restricted in temple zones; no flash during the performance.

- A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment
- Final balance is due by the date on your invoice; unpaid balances may be canceled without refund
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and selected e-payments/cards; processing fees may apply
- You must provide accurate guest details (names as per ID, contact number, pickup location)
2. Changes & Special Requests
- Minor timing changes are subject to feasibility and venue schedules
- Name/date changes may incur fees or be unavailable (especially for ticketed items)
- Special requests (dietary, mobility, child seats) must be requested in advance and confirmed in writing.
3. Cancellation by Guest
- ≥48 hours before pick-up/start: 100% refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% refund
- <24 hours or no-show: no refund
- Tickets/permits (e.g., Kecak, attractions) may be non-refundable once issued.
