For our 4-hour Morning and Sunset charters, lunch or dinner is served on board. We’re happy to accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. Your charter rate also includes onboard snacks (chips & dips), sliced tropical fruit, water, and soft drinks. Please note for Morning/Sunset charters there is no shore stop all food and beverages are served on board.

What to Bring / Wear
- Light, breathable clothing, a light layer for the breeze(especially at sunset)
- Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen
- Non-slip footwear (or follow the crew’s deck-shoe/barefoot policy)
- Personal medications (e.g., seasickness tablets if prone)
- Phone/camera, waterproof pouch if desired
- Reusable water bottle (drinks provided, but handy for refills)
Notes & Tips
- No disembarkation on Morning/Sunset charters, all food & drinks are served onboard
- Please advise dietary requirements in advance so the galley can prepare
- Weather and sea conditions may affect routing and service pace, the captain’s guidance keeps things safe and comfortable
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for a smooth check-in and safety briefing
- Help us keep the ocean clean: use the bin for all waste, nothing overboard
Terms & Conditions
Bookings & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your charter.
- We can place a 24-hour provisional hold while you arrange the deposit; if payment isn’t received within that window, the hold will lapse.
- Bookings made >5 days prior to departure: 50% deposit now; balance due 5 days before departure. If the balance isn’t received by the due date, the reservation may be released for rebooking.
- Bookings made ≤5 days prior: full payment is required at the time of booking.
Change of Date Policy
- We’re happy to help reschedule, a non-refundable IDR 2,500,000 fee applies.
- Please send your request 5+ days before your original date.
- Inside 5 days of departure, we’re unable to change dates.
- Your new date is locked in once both the full charter amount and change fee are received.
- Reschedules depend on availability and our approval.
Cancellations by Authorities
- If the Harbor Master/Indonesian Maritime Authorities cancel the charter due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, we will offer an alternative date.
- If a reschedule isn’t possible, a refund may be issued in line with our refund policy.
- Authority decisions are typically made ~1 hour prior to departure.
