- This is a free-and-easy package. No tours are scheduled, giving you maximum flexibility to plan your own days.
- Standard hotel check-in is usually from 14:00–15:00, check-out by 11:00–12:00 (timesmay vary by hotel).
- Airport transfer times may vary depending on traffic conditions in South Bali.
- We recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical needs, trip delays and cancellations.
- Optional day tours (for example Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Tanah Lot or Ubud) can bearranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for options.
What to Bring / Wear
- Light, breathable clothing suitable for tropical weather
- Comfortable walking shoes or sandals

- Sun protection: hat, sunglasses and reef-safe sunscreen

Package Terms & Conditions
1) Booking & Payment Policy
- Deposit to confirm: 30% of the total package price at booking.
- Balance due: 14 days before arrival (WITA).
- Peak/High Season (e.g., Jul–Aug, Dec 20–Jan 10, major holidays):
- 50% deposit at booking; balance 30 days before arrival.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, approved e-payments/cards (processing fees may apply).
- Name & rooming details: must match passports/IDs. Changes after ticketing/rooming may incur supplier fees.
- Non-refundable components: Some items (e.g., certain hotel rates, fast-boat tickets, attraction/show tickets) may be non-refundable once issued; their rules override general terms.
2) Cancellation Policy
- ≥30 days before arrival: Full refund of amounts paid minus any non-refundable supplier items.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
- 8–14 days before arrival: 25% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
- ≤7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
- Peak/High Season: Stricter terms may apply (often non-refundable from 30 days prior). Any refundable portion depends on hotel/boat/operator policies.
3) Important Notes
- Amendments by guest (dates, names, room types) are subject to availability and supplier fees; close-in changes may be treated as a cancellation.
- Force majeure / Weather: If boats/flights/venues cancel due to safety, we will assist with re-routing or date changes. Refunds are limited to amounts we can recover from suppliers after their policies.
- Refund method: Returned to the original payer/method, net of bank/processing fees, within a reasonable processing window after supplier reconciliation.
